Our fees cover the consultation with a board-certified Optometrist or Ophthalmologist, administrative fees, and standard shipping to send you a hard copy of your prescription (if you qualify). In other words, you are paying for an appointment with a doctor, not a prescription.
We make every effort to ensure that you have a medical reason to qualify for window tint in our prequalification form before meeting with the doctor. It is critical that you provide accurate information in your pre-consultation paperwork and any pre-screening calls that occur prior to your consultation appointment.
By purchasing this consultation, you are giving your consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails from MyeyeRx representatives. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that your consultation, which will be conducted via a Zoom meeting with a doctor, will be recorded.
Rushed Shipping - Prescription hard copies are sent standard shipping and you should receive your hard copy within 10 days. Rushed shipping is available for a $25 fee. If you select Rushed Shipping you will receive your hard copy within 7 days.
Cancellation Fee - Absolutely No refunds are given after your doctor consultation. We charge a $35.00 fee for missed appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.
