2. Medical Proof Requirements:
This is a Window Tint MEDICAL EXEMPTION. You may be required to provide medical proof to our doctors if requested. If you do not have verifiable proof of a qualifying medical condition or are unsure if your documentation meets the criteria, please contact us before making a purchase. Refunds will not be issued for failure to meet documentation requirements or for neglecting to follow these guidelines.

3. Appointment Cancellation Policy:
If you purchase a consultation and schedule an appointment with a doctor, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment or proceeding with the consultation, even if the doctor determines you do not qualify for the medical exemption, will result in no refund. To avoid unnecessary charges, complete the prequalification process prior to scheduling a consultation.

4. Refund Policy for Unscheduled or Canceled Consultations:
If you purchase a consultation without completing the prequalification process, do not schedule or attend a call with a doctor, and later decide to request a refund, you may be eligible for a refund. However, a $35 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
